- Network with colleagues interested in learning and teaching - through your school, the faculty and the uni
- Develop your own scholarly practice by using evidence to further your teaching skills and in curricular design
- Evaluate your own teaching performance and plan to improve on this and re-evaluate
- Evaluate changes in your curriculum or teaching or innovations in practice
- Start a research project
