Capt. Chip Fowler is a retired U.S. Naval Officer and diplomat whose professional career spanned more than three decades of service.  He is an honors graduate of the University of Michigan and subsequently earned a Master of International Public Policy from the Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies and a Master of Science from the U.S. National War College.  He additionally served as a Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the Seminar XXI Program.  He is presently a Visiting Fellow at NHMRC CRE Integrated Systems for Epidemic Response (ISER), providing guest lectures and conducting research for the Global Security PLuS.
